1. Scope
eShopApp Social Manager helps authorized users create and publish content to connected professional social media accounts. It is currently available within compatible eShopApp installations.
2. Authorization
Users must have the necessary authority to manage any accounts they connect. Connections are made through Meta authorization.
3. Content and publishing
Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of prices, images, product details, usage rights and copy before publishing. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors and require review.
4. Service availability
Publishing depends on account permissions, availability and policies of Meta and other platforms. Continuous operation or acceptance of every post is not guaranteed.
