How to request deletion of data and revoke app access to your Meta accounts.
Request deletion
Email us from an address that can help verify your relationship to the account or business: social@eshopapp.gr.
- Use the subject “eShopApp Social Manager — Data deletion”.
- Provide the e-shop name and the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account name. Do NOT send passwords or access tokens.
- We will verify your authority to make the request and inform you about the deletion actions.
What the request covers
As applicable: Meta connection data, stored tokens, Page/account identifiers, campaign records and publication history controlled by the service, excluding records that must be retained under law.
Deleting data from our service does not automatically delete posts already published to Facebook or Instagram. Those posts must be deleted on the relevant platform.
Revoke access through Meta
You can also remove the app in Facebook or Instagram settings for connected apps and business integrations, where listed. Revocation prevents future use of the authorization but does not replace a request to delete data we may retain.
