1. Service and contact

ADWAPPS eShopApp Social Manager is a social media management tool for eShopApp. For privacy enquiries contact: social@eshopapp.gr.

2. Categories of data

• Identifiers, names and usernames for connected Facebook Pages and professional Instagram accounts.
• Access tokens provided through Meta authorization for the app’s functions.
• Campaign content, copy, product images, publication states and identifiers of published posts.
• eShopApp administrative user information and technical information necessary for operation and security where logged by the installation or hosting provider.

The app does not ask for Facebook or Instagram passwords. Authorization takes place through Meta.

3. Purposes of processing

These data support account selection, authorized Page connections, preparation and preview of posts, requested publishing actions, and display of publishing status or errors. We do not sell Meta platform data.

4. Access and service providers

Data may be transmitted to Meta for authorization and publishing. Content chosen for AI-assisted writing may be sent to an AI service provider. Hosting providers may process information to operate the service. Posts are not published without an authorized administrator’s instruction.

5. Retention and security

Data are retained as needed to operate connections and the service, or to meet legal obligations. Tokens should be protected with access safeguards. On a deletion request we review the connection, revoke access where possible, and delete data under our control unless legally required to retain them.

6. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction or deletion of data, or revoke authorization using your Meta settings. Send requests to social@eshopapp.gr. See deletion instructions.

7. Updates

We may update this policy when service features or legal requirements change. Updated versions will be published here.
